  • $47 million confidential settlement for individual plaintiffs suffering from cancer and autoimmune diseases caused by groundwater contamination.
  • $30 million settlement for two hair stylists who became ill after using a toxic hair product falsely marketed as safe.
  • $15.6 million jury award for a client seriously injured at a trampoline park due to a dangerous and defective attraction.

Tim has successfully litigated cases in more than a dozen states and across a wide range of practice areas, including environmental contamination, chemical exposure, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and defective consumer products. He has also helped force industry-wide changes in safety practices—most notably, his advocacy contributed to the nationwide adoption of flame arrestors on plastic gas cans after exposing a cost-cutting defect that caused severe burn injuries and deaths.

Since 2017, Tim has been recognized by Missouri Super Lawyers and has repeatedly earned placements in Missouri’s Top Verdicts. His litigation experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants at trial, including a defense verdict for the City of Grandview in a $5.6 million inverse condemnation claim.
